Based in the UK, we partner with organisations to create, high-performing, people-centred, supportive workplaces and have specialist experience in coaching for female entrepreneurs, creative entrepreneur coaching and ADHD and Neurodivergent Coaching.
Founded by Jess Cox, our Company Director, Peak Performance HR was built on a passion for people enjoying the work they do, led by inspiring leaders in happy, healthy work environments.

About Jessica Cox

Hi, I’m Jess, the Founder and Company Director of Peak Performance HR.
As an only child, I spent a significant amount of time around adults, reading people and situations. Exposure to different personalities and dynamics, coupled with an inquiring mind, sparked a life long interest, in understanding people and their environments.
I graduated with a 2.1 BA Hons in TV, Film and Theatre Studies, and worked in Television, before qualifying as a Teacher to Speakers of Other Languages and moving to Spain where I ran my own English Language Teaching Business.
Interested in education and learning, I enjoyed working as a teacher for many years, before exploring the world of recruitment during which I learnt a lot about people and business.
Over the years, I worked in different organisations and roles, and noticed many of my colleagues were unhappy, often because of poor management and/or misaligned expectations and values.
I have an idealist social style, driven by a deep belief that people should feel valued, understood, and empowered, which whet my appetite to dig deeper and work out what I could do to improve negative workplaces. I believe happy employees lead to happier households, and in turn, a healthier future for organisations and communities alike

I completed my CIPD accredited Level 7 (Post Graduate Degree) in Human Resource Management and started my career in HR for many of the same reasons most people work in HR. I have a passion for helping people, interest in organisational behaviour and strategy and love creating positive workplace cultures.
After working in HR across sectors and organisations, I saw first-hand how the right support and people strategies can unlock potential, not just in individuals, but in entire businesses. That realisation inspired me to launch Peak Performance HR in 2018, with a vision of making HR less about red tape and more about people and impact.
I’m passionate about leadership development, wellbeing at work and inclusive workplaces and take a hands-on, practical approach to supporting businesses. My goal is simple: help organisations get the best out of their people and help people thrive at work.
