About Jessica Cox 

Hi, I’m Jess, Founder and Director of Peak Performance HR. My journey began with a passion for understanding people and creating positive work environments. With a background in teaching, a CIPD-accredited Level 7 qualification in Human Resource Management, and years of experience in coaching and HR, I bring a unique blend of expertise to leadership and career development.

I’ve worked across sectors and seen first-hand how the right support can unlock potential, not just in individuals, but in entire organisations. That insight inspired me to launch Peak Performance HR in 2018, with a mission to make HR and coaching less about compliance and more about people, wellbeing, and impact.

Today, I specialise in leadership coaching, career clarity, and wellbeing strategies and products that help people lead with confidence and align their work with their values.
