About
Creating calm, clarity and confidence for Leaders and Teams through change
Performance matters, especially during times of change.
Workplace change, leadership responsibility, career transitions and people challenges can create pressure, self‑doubt and mental overload, even for capable and experienced professionals. When clarity drops and stress rises, performance, well-being and confidence are often the first things to suffer.
Peak Performance HR supports leaders, business owners and professionals to perform well through change, helping them navigate uncertainty, people challenges and career or organisational transitions with calm, clarity and confidence.
We provide a steady, trusted space where people can think clearly, rebuild confidence and make decisions they can stand behind, without burning out or losing sight of their values.
Supporting performance through change
Peak Performance HR works at the intersection of performance, people and well-being.
Our work recognises that sustainable performance is not about pushing harder. It comes from clarity of thinking, emotional steadiness and practical support during periods of change.
We support performance through:
- HR expertise grounded in real organisational experience
- Leadership and performance coaching for decision‑making, confidence and clarity
- Evidence‑based well-being tools that support resilience and sustainability
This integrated approach allows us to support individuals and organisations in a way that feels human, realistic and effective, particularly during moments of change, growth or complexity.
Based in Norfolk, we work with clients across the UK, supporting individuals, leaders and teams across the private, public and charity sectors.
Our approach
At Peak Performance HR, we believe people do their best work when they feel supported, not scrutinised.
Our approach is designed to reduce pressure and strengthen capability during change. It is:
- Calm and grounded — reducing stress rather than adding urgency
- Human and empathetic — because people challenges are rarely just about process
- Practical and experienced — informed by real‑world HR experience
- Holistic — combining HR, coaching and well-being for lasting performance
- Confidential and safe — a space to talk openly and think clearly
Whether you are navigating organisational change, people management challenges, leadership responsibility or your own career transition, our work focuses on building clarity, calm confidence and sustainable performance.
About Jessica Cox
Hi, I’m Jess, Founder and Director of Peak Performance HR.
I bring together a background in teaching, recruitment and HR, alongside a CIPD Level 7 qualification in Human Resource Management and extensive experience in coaching and well-being‑based support.
I work with individuals, leaders and teams at different stages of work and life, including those navigating career change, organisational transition, leadership responsibility, neurodivergent professionals and people returning to work after a career break.
Why this work matters
Behind Peak Performance HR is lived experience of change.
From a young age, I experienced significant disruption and change. Those early experiences were often stressful and shaped a lifelong curiosity about how people respond during periods of change, pressure and uncertainty.
Throughout my career, I’ve navigated multiple transitions, moving across teaching, recruitment and HR roles in the private, public and charity sectors. Each transition brought growth and opportunity, but also moments of self‑doubt, imposter syndrome and pressure to prove myself.
I understand what it feels like to be conscientious and capable yet still question your decisions. To care deeply about people and outcomes, while carrying responsibility quietly and often alone.
And it's that experience that underpins Peak Performance HR.
It’s why our work focuses on how people experience change, not just the outcomes required of them. Because when confidence dips and mental clarity is lost, performance suffers, and the right support makes a meaningful difference.
