What is job interview coaching?
Job interview coaching is a process in which a professional coach helps job seekers prepare for and refine their interview performance. It involves personalised training, mock interviews, constructive feedback, and guidance on strategies for handling various interview situations, including managing interview nerves.
The goal is to increase confidence and improve your chances of a job offer.
What my interview coaching services involve
This package consists of 3 x 60-minute interview coaching sessions over Teams.
Over the three coaching sessions we will:
● Discuss your interview history
● Identify your strengths and weaknesses
● Conduct interview role play scenarios
● Provide constructive feedback and notes
You will also be given suggested reading material and exercises to practise to fully embed what you learn in the coaching sessions.
