5 x 60- minute job search coaching sessions conducted over Teams which will provide you with the confidence to get yourself fully ready for the next stage of your career.

We will: 

• Explore your Myers Briggs personality type and identify what motivates you
• Discuss your values and reflect on career highs
• Identify roles that interest you
• Explore what upskilling might be needed to secure your dream role
• Agree on a recruitment plan
• Refine and update your CV appropriately (NB this is not a CV re-write but an edit)
• Advise on how to update your LinkedIn profile and use it more effectively
• Help you manage your time and energy relating to your job search
• Identify recruitment consultancies best suited to your sector
• Teach you how to approach companies on a speculative basis
• Conduct interview practice with feedback and advice on how to improve your technique
