Career Change Programme

Have you fallen out of love with your current career?  Are you looking for a career change but aren't sure what it looks like yet?

This Career Change Programme consisting of 6 x 1 hour coaching sessions and email support will help you embark on a new career path that you truly love.  

We will:

• Have an In depth look at your personality type, strengths and values
• Explore what a change of career looks like for you
• Agree and commit to your goals
• Create a vision of your successful future
• Explore options to help find your dream job
• Devise a recruitment strategy designed specifically for you
• Provide advice and guidance on retraining if needed
• Provide you with ways to grow and leverage your network more fully
• Help you network more productively 
• Advice on CV to align with new career prospects
  
• Give you the tools to make speculative approaches to organisations of interest
• Worksheets and useful exercises between coaching sessions
• Recommend reading materials
• Ad-hoc email support 

Sessions will be held on a weekly basis for the first three sessions, then fortnightly or monthly for the subsequent three sessions. All sessions followed up with agreed actions.
