We’re Hiring!

What This New Administrator/PA Role Reveals About Growing a Purpose‑Led Business

(And yes… if this sounds like you, you should 100% apply.)

Running a small, heart‑led business means wearing approximately 97 hats at any one time — founder, coach, HR consultant, content creator, event organiser, product packer... the list goes on.

So today’s blog is a little different.

Peak Performance HR is officially hiring a part‑time Administrator / Personal Assistant, and rather than just posting the job advert, I wanted to share something more meaningful:
- what this role represents,
- why it matters, and
- what it tells you about the behind‑the‑scenes reality of building a wellbeing‑driven business.

If you're curious about working in HR, coaching, wellness, events, or entrepreneurship — or you're someone who LOVES organisation, creativity, and getting stuck into varied projects, you might just see yourself in this.

Why This Role Exists: Growing a Business That Helps People Thrive

Peak Performance HR blends HR support, leadership coaching, apprenticeship development, and wellbeing tools -

To help people move from frazzled to flourishing — at work, in leadership, and in life.

And the truth is: as demand grows, so does the need for organised, reliable, creative support behind the scenes.

This role isn’t about doing endless admin for the sake of it.
It’s about supporting:
✨ events,
✨ wellbeing products,
✨ content creation,
✨ client organisation,
✨ and the systems that hold the business together.

If you enjoy bringing structure to chaos and spotting opportunities others miss, you’ll thrive here.

 What the Role Involves

1. Research & Lead Generation – the high‑impact magic

This isn’t cold calling or sales.
It's purposeful, curious research like:

  • Discovering wellbeing events, craft fairs and festivals
  • Building lists of businesses hiring apprentices
  • Finding organisations with wellbeing initiatives
  • Identifying stockists for Peak Pause and Inner Edge

If your browser history is 80% “ooh, that might be useful later,” you’ll love this.

2. Admin & Organisation – the calm in the chaos

Supporting things like:

  • Updating lead spreadsheets
  • Tidying OneDrive
  • Making content libraries look beautiful
  • Formatting documents
  • Keeping the digital house clean

If colour‑coding a spreadsheet gives you a small dopamine rush, welcome home.

3. Content & Social Media Support

Not being an influencer — more being the person who helps keep the content pipeline flowing.

  • Collecting quotes from blogs, workshops, and videos
  • Creating lists of trending topics and ideas
  • Turning long content into simple outlines
  • Drafting basic captions

If you enjoy creativity without pressure, or organising content ideas into something usable, this is perfect.

4. Event Support — for the future of Peak Performance events

We’re growing into more workshops, mini-retreats, quizzes, wellbeing events, and community-led gatherings.

You might:

  • Research venues and ticket platforms
  • Build planning spreadsheets
  • Help with pre‑event organisation
  • Support product packaging or materials

If you enjoy being part of something energising and people‑focused, this will feel fun (not stressful).

5. Online Store & Product Support

Our Wellness Support product offering is expanding — and that means support with:

  • Uploading photos and product info
  • Spot-checking the Shopify store
  • Organising product assets
  • Assembling bundles for fairs

If you love tidy systems and beautiful product organisation, you’ll enjoy this part.

Who This Is Perfect For

This role suits someone who is:

  • Naturally organised
  • Curious and proactive
  • Happy working flexibly
  • Interested in HR, wellbeing, leadership, or events
  • Comfortable with Google Drive/Microsoft 365 and Canva
  • Detail‑oriented, reliable, and warm

You don’t need to know everything.
You just need to care — about people, about purpose, and about making things better.

What You’ll Gain

This is more than admin.
It’s exposure to:

  • HR & leadership development
  • Wellbeing and emotional regulation tools
  • Social media and marketing
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Events and product launches

And the working style is intentionally supportive, flexible, and kindness‑led.

  • Role: Administrator / PA
  • Company: Peak Performance HR
  • Rate: £11.00 per hour- Freelance/Self-employed basis
  • Hours: Flexible, part‑time
  • Location: Hybrid (remote + occasional tasks in/around Norwich)
