Jessica Cox – Company Director
Jessica is a qualified HR professional and Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). With extensive recruitment experience she believes sustainability and health and well- being are integral to the success of both individual and organisation. As an accredited coach and member of the Association for Coaching she takes a truly holistic approach to ensure both individual and business achieve their full potential.
Jessica also delivers career coaching workshops tailored to parents to help them build their confidence before returning to the workplace or setting up their own businesses. She helps parents identify the skills thy have learnt through parenting, and how these skils translate to their professional lives.
Caroline Dudley – Editorial Services Associate
After a successful career as a journalist Caroline went on to work in public relations. She produced press releases and house journals for high-profile organisations, including Thames Water, NatWest and Unilever and contributed to several non-fiction books.
She later graduated from Middlesex University with a 2:1 BSc Honours degree in Science, Technology and Society Studies with Spanish.
Currently she is Press Officer for the Magpie Centre, home of West Norfolk Riding for the Disabled Association. She is responsible for copywriting, proofreading legal documents and publicising the charity’s activities.

Hayley Caspers – Culture and People Associate
Hayley specialises in culture and organisational transformation, enabling companies to see that culture and people are at the heart of strategy. Katie Shellard – Digital Marketing Associate
After graduating from the University of Leicester with a 2:1 BA Honours degree in English Literature and Sociology, Katie worked for international design agency, Fitch. Building her branding and project management expertise, she worked with clients including Vodafone, Lego and Kew. She went on to expand her digital and direct marketing skill set working for the NSPCC and TalkTalk.
Today she helps start-ups to grow their businesses with tactical communications, effective branding and engaging websites.
